    I Am Running 1clickpro And Dvd43 But In Some Cases Had To Use Anydvd. Trial Version Would Decrypt Movie And Load In 1click With No Problem. I Liked The Results I Got With Anydvd So I Purchased It. Now Movie Wont Read With 1click Always Git Message Dvd Encrypted. Why Is This? Please Someone Help. Thanks,

    1. Uninstall dvd43. It's useless if you own Anydvd. DVD43 can also cause conflicts with Anydvd

    2. disable cprx if you're using Anydvd

    3. Do step 8 from http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=321

    4. Follow these instructions: visit http://forum.slysoft.com/showpost.php?p=26050&postcount=4

    Disable CPRx. Uninstall dvd43.

    Is CPRX disabled and Anydvd 6.1.4.3 running in the background?
    Anydvd MUST be running when using 1-Click.

    Do step 8 from here

    Wow, uhhh, it's time for you to upgrade your software.

    Or if you want to ensure compatibility with Anydvd, use Clonedvd instead (one time fee, lifetime updates).

    REMOVE DVD43
    If you have AnyDVD ... You definitely won't ever need DVD43
    Remove DVD43

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    You have a 'out-dated' version of CopytoDVD Installed ...
    COPYTODVD : 3.1.1.135
    >>Remove= COPYTODVD 3.1.1.135
    > Reboot
    > ReInstall/Update 1ClickPRO again , over itself
    Current PRO Version is 2.5.0.9
    http://www.lgsoftwareinnovations.com/download.asp
    > Reboot
    Do NOT Re Install CopytoDVD .... just yet
    let's get 1ClickPRO working well .... first
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Right Click on the PRO Interface > Settings Menu
    UNCheck= CPRx error correction enabled
    when Using AnyDVD the CPRx correction is not needed
    - and may cause 'conflicts'

    ;)
    ~~~~~~~~~~~
    If you're still having trouble
    - after following the above recommendations .....
    I might suspect that you may have a "Bad" Source Disc ( ? )
    ..... so let's get that - out of the way -
    Inspect the Disc and try cleaning it - even if it doesn't look like it needs it.
    If this doesn't prove successful ...
    Use the VSOInspector to scan the Disc ( it's Free )
    http://www.vso-software.fr/products/inspector/inspector.php
    If the Inspector reports "READ Errors"
    Then you'll know that you've come across a "BAD" Source Disc .
    I would then suggest that you acquire a different copy
    ... and compare your results .
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    .... Let's check something .....

    Go to > Start > My Computer
    > Right Click on DVD drive > Properties > Auto-Play tab

    What do you have selected for the "Action to Preform" for 'DVD Movie" ?
    This should be set as "Take no action"
    OR
    Set only for your DVD Player ( WinDVD/PowerDVD )
    - be sure to close your 'Player' before opening 1Click

    While here in the DVD Drive 'Properties"
    Do you have a "DLA" tab ?
    = Disable DLA

    ___________________

    Would you happen to have
    - Nero ( InCD )
    or
    Roxio ( DragtoDisc )
    - installed/active on your Computer ?

    FAQ : Can other software conflict with the installation
    and operation of 1Click DVD Copy?

    Your log seems to indicate it's enabled:
    Not that I'm use to reading 1-Click logs . . .

    You're not running the latest version of Anydvd.

    And you're using an ancient version of 1-Click.

    1. Disable CPRx
    2. Uninstall dvd43
    3. Update Anydvd
    4. Switch to Clonedvd or Upgrade 1-click
    5. First click the "default button" in Anydvd. And if that doesn't help, try enabling safe mode in Anydvd
    6. Post your issue here: http://forum.lgsoftwareinnovations.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1
    7. Do steps 3 and 4 from http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=1559 (note that step 4 requires you to post information. Do not start deleting filters)

    Are you using an "OFF LINE" Activation Code ?

    if so ....
    You must 'generate' a new code - for each 'Update'
    http://www.lgsoftwareinnovations.com/register.asp

    >>>> You should Also Remove CopytoDVD - for now
    .... after we get this fixed - you can install the CopytoDVD SE Update 4.0.2

    I'm glad your Anydvd issue is resolved (please remember not to use dvd43 if you own Anydvd, and keep both Anydvd and whatever burning application you're using updated).

    As this issue pertains to 1-Click only, I'm moving this thread to third party app forum. I would recommend using 1-Click's forums to post requests about how to use the program properly

    Also, please do not type in all-caps (it's jarring to a lot of people). Thank you

    Dejavu - has two Versions of the Movie
    1. Just the Movie
    2. The Movie with Director's Commentary And Cut-Aways to the 'Making Of"
    There are 'shared VOBs' - under different directives

    Night at the Museum - has just the Movie ....

    What Preset Are you Using for PRO ?
    You could post your Log Attempts ......

    I had used the Full Disc Preset .....

    You're right ...As Movie Only - There's only one Titleset Listed in PRO
    I'm running it through - to see what happens ...

    ;)

    shannon90210 Well-Known Member

    No .... They will not Separate in PRO
    Movie Only gives you '
    the The Movie with Director's Commentary And Cut-Aways to the 'Making Of"
    - No Sound on the Cut-aways
    Not Good

    Movie Only with Menus
    Gives you both Versions .....No Director's Commentary
    ( I guess you would just have to Select the Commentary for Back-Up )

    Try Using the Full Disc w/
    .... Deselect the Previews
    Deselect French/Spanish

    Have you ever tried CloneDVD2's free trial
    I do know that CloneDVD2 handles this Movie perfectly
    It's good to have Options .... I have both

    I'm not sure what's up with PRO
    ... I wonder if this has to do with the Update
    I thought I remembered Two Distinct Titlesets .... :confused:

    I'll pass this on to LGSI Support

    :)
