AnyDVD HD Ripping Stops

Any idea why the AnyDVD HD ripper stops working after only 2% - 7% complete? It starts out fine at 4 or 5 Mb/s, but quicly goes to .01 Mb/s then halts completely. Using Vista 32 w/Xbox 360 HD drive.
