I posted a message on CouJo's board yesterday about including HD & BD in ImgToolBurn. His response is encouraging...I think?
"What I can say? It seems to me that ripping HD-DVD and Blue-Ray isn't more or less illegal then ripping DVD. If you come to me and ask to write a tool to record your authored HD-DVD and Blue-Ray ... it is something different.
For now I've to check the possibilities of the Nero API - if this still so, I can try it. But for me at this time other things come more and more important.
I haven't yet a Blue-Ray drive nor a HD-DVD drive. And I haven't the money to "play" with the newest technology. But these times will come. Don't ask me when! "
