AnyDVD HD 8.6.2.3 Error

I'm having trouble with below message. Pls help!!
Media is AACS protected!
AnyDVD HD 8.6.2.3, BDPHash.bin 20-03-11
When AnyDVD was reading BD.
Drive supports bus encryption!
AACS MKB version 72
Failed to send host key!
ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!

Your drive reports

COPY PROTECTION KEY EXCHANGE FAILURE - KEY NOT PRESENT

I am not sure, what this means. Key not present - where?
Do you have this problem only with this disc, some discs, all discs?
Did it work before and suddenly doesn't anymore?

I have this problem with all discs.
It worked before in old version Any DVD.

All discs? Even those not created with the recorder (commercial discs)?
Can you try the old version of AnyDVD? Does it still work?
Can you post a logfile of the same disc with the old version?

Commercial discs are OK.Stuff created with the recorder are not OK.
