Tried your solution and got an error message saying that...C:\Users\Dave\AppData\Local\Temp\CiFn4XCI.rar.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

It sounds like it didn't download properly for you. Tested and works OK for me...
 
Works even on my Android tablet it's either something on your computer or your browser.

I have no idea of what to do. Computer and Firefox seem to be working fine. Would a reboot possibly help?

Is it possible you could try with a different browser? That might work (although I see you're using Firefox - as am I).

I tried with IE and did not work again. It showed 0% progression after 2 min. So I cancelled out trying to SAVE the file as I always do and chose to RUN it instead. That worked!!! Shows as 7.6.9.1 on the fox in the systray. Any ideas as to why it worked as a "run" and not a "save"? Thanks for the help.

Do you have problems just here or with other sites too? Try downloading a file from Elaborate Bytes: http://www.elby.ch/download.html
 
Foxes are one thing.. But I always wondered what they are doing with all those SHEEP?? <EG>
