    Is here:

    http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupAnyDVD6182.exe

    This is a major rewrite (which is always a little scary), but it has been well tested, so I don't expect any major problems.

    Here are the changes:

    6.1.8.1 2007 10 09
    - New (DVD): New "AI Scanner(tm)" copy protection removal
    - New (DVD): Added support for new copy protections
    - New (DVD): CSS brute force cracking (region code mismatch) works
    now much better with Arccos/RipGuard/ProtectDVD/FluxDVD ...
    protected discs
    - New (DVD): UDF remastering of .IFO and .BUP files
    - New (HD DVD & Blu-ray): Support for new titles
    - Fix (DVD) AnyDVD ripper could complain, that the destination
    directory has insufficient space
    - Fix (HD DVD & Blu-ray): Large I/O requests could cause the
    "Magic File Replacement(tm)" to malfunction
    - Fix: Integrity check could issue a false alarm
    - Some minor fixes and improvements
    - Updated languages

    I know PS3 iso's aren't supported, but I just wanted to post this just as some FYI:

    From PS3 iso:
    Troy, Day After Tomorrow, and Fantastic Four Silver Surfer still give the "Media is AACS Protected, Unable to retrieve AGID" status message.

    ... and I've about given up on any version being able to rip the Seven Years in Tibet iso. :(

    How about an anydvd hd read out window of these titles plus what you are using to rip and make it an ISO too? This would help slysoft out.

    No, they don't want that info. They don't support iso's created from a PS3. Even though it works with every title I have except the ones I mentioned above.

    But I'm just using Linux YellowDog and creating an iso from the command line with the normal "dd if=/dev/cdrom of=/imagename.iso" command.

    Tekkon doesn't work still unfortunatly;

    Media is a Blu-Ray disc.
    Total size: 21592320 sectors (42172 MBytes)
    Video Blu-Ray label: TEKKONKINKREET
    Media is AACS protected!
    Failed to send host key!
    ERROR processing Blu-Ray disc!

    Although interestingly FF2 says the same thing now too instead of "revoked";

    Media is a Blu-Ray disc.
    Total size: 24438784 sectors (47732 MBytes)
    Video Blu-Ray label: FANTASTIC4_2
    Media is AACS protected!
    Failed to send host key!
    ERROR processing Blu-Ray disc!

    Same thing for DAT too.

    New AACS MKB4 discs are not yet supported. You will have to wait for an updated version.

    AACS MKB v4

    :clap:hi,

    does this new beta version address the MKB V4 issue? Obviously, it won't do BD+ titles, but just wondering about AACS mkb v4?

    thank you

    Titles may be in BD+ if I am right not sure though kust a guess.

  16. Stop working on BD. BD is too much trouble. The more people buy HD-DVD...the more studios will support HD-DVD. Easier to make a backup with HD-DVD.

    People with BD will have to do without a backup. :(

    That's certainly not fair. BD is out selling HD-DVD right now.
