Please take a look at the english threads. It is a known issue and all other members are affected as well.
The servers are down and we now have to wait till the devs see it and fix it.

本日早朝06:30（UTC）に行われた無人のアップグレードの後、キーサーバーが停止していました。現在は修正されております。
