AnyDVD dump file meldung???

Ich habe AnyDVD HD 6.6.8.0 installiert und bekomme nun schon zum zweiten mal diese meldung: AnyDVD exception! Please send this AnyDVD dump file to bugs@slysoft.com with a short description how to reproduce this error! Click OK to open the file location

Wenn ich dann auf OK klicke geht ein Fenster mit einem ca 1mb großem File auf und AnyDVD schliesst sich.

Was hat diese Meldung zu bedeuten und was mache ich falsch???

Es handelt sich wohl um ein Programmfehler, und du wirst gebeten, die ca. 1 MB große Datei mit einer kurzen Beschreibung, wann der Fehler auftritt, an die anegebene E-Mail Adresse zu schicken.

Die Datei habe ich schon an Slysoft geschickt bekam aber lediglich die Antwort ich solle die aktuelle Version installieren. Ich habe aber schon die aktuelle Version installiert.

Ok ich habe jetzt noch eine email erhalten und soll nach dieser Anleitung vorgehen, da aber mein Englisch mehr als schlecht ist brauche ich hier ein wenig Hilfe....Please

The dump shows we're looping so we need to tighten this up a little.

Get this please

Now open your Programs folder, go to the CloneDVD Mobile directory and open the folder Apps. This should be "C:\Program Files\SlySoft\CloneDVDmobile\apps" or ("C:\Program Files (x86)\SlySoft\CloneDVDmobile Public\apps" on WIN64 systems).
Copy the downloaded file into that folder and then rename it to: mencoder.exe Keep a copy of the original file.

Now transcode your DVD as you already tried to do. This creates a file called stream.dmp in the temp directory.

To get that: START > RUN > %temp%

That will show you the dump file and its location. Write that down.

Now start > all programs > accessories > command prompt

now enter: put <file name.xx> and type in the full path and file name

Zeigt Ihnen die Dumpdatei und deren Speicherort.

Bitte AnyDVD log datei hier posten. Siehe mein signatur fuer anleitung. Diese dump file kannst du hier mit

(erst als ZIP umwandeln)

Diese Mencoder_Dump.exe handelt sich auf CloneDVD mobile. In dein original posting hast du gar nichts darueber gesagt.

Danke für die übersetzung aber eines verstehe ich doch nicht,die schreiben was von CloneDVD Mobile, das habe ich doch gar nicht
