AnyDVD 8.3.0.0 randomly selects "copy copy protection" when ripping

I'm not sure at this time, but it occured twice to me now that the "also copy copy protection (Blu-ray/HD DVD)" option was selected without me chosing this option when I was ripping a Blu-ray.

It looks like this option is automatically selecting itself.

As I already wrote, I'm not sure at this time. Perhaps I accidentally hit that option twice now ... But I never did before in all those years.
 
If you click anywhere on a horizontal line with the box the selection will change. I found this out clicking the right hand edge of the window to bring ripper to the top. hope this helps.
