AnyDVD 8.1.4.3 download failure

Hi All,
When trying to download the 8143 update I get this:
SetupAnyDvd 8143.exe is dangerous so Chrome has blocked it!!
What the hell is this??????
I only get the option to Discard this??????
Any ideas??

Turn off your A/V, we have been dealing with this for over a week now. download the file and check for the certificate. Dont forget to re-enable your A/v after you download it.
