Salve, vorrei sottoporvi questo quisito:
ho installato sul mio pc la versione anydvd hd 8.1.1.0, ed ho provato a decriptare il dvd "Miss Peregrine" ma come inserisco il dvd nel lettore mi appare l'errore di cui vi allego l'immagine. Ho provato a decriptare altri dvd ( il trono di spade 6) con lo stesso risultato, come mi consigliava il programma ho provato ad installare un nuovo firmware con esito negativo. Disperato e rassegnato ad una riparazione del pc. Un mio amico di ha detto di provare a tornare indietro con il programma. Ho disinstallato la versione 8.1.1.0 ed ho installato la mia vecchia versione di anydvd e cioè 7.6.9.0., funziona tutto meravigliosamente bene con tutti i dvd.
Vi confermo che il pc(asus) è lo stesso, il s.o.(win10 64) è lo stesso, il lettore idem.
Mi rincresce non poter allegare il file di log perchè non crea nessun file di log.
Vi ringrazio per qualsiasi aiuto riusciate a darmi.

As I wrote, does not create any log files.
When active "creates log files", appara figure I have attached.
 
That image has nothing to do with the ability or not to create logfiles. Make sure the main AnyDVD window and the ripper are NOT open. Then insert the disc and right click the fox tray icon. You should be able to create a logfile just fine.

AnyDVD doesn't create logfiles until you tell it to make one. You probably have an unset drive region but to be sure we need that logfile. No logfile, we can't help you. Not that we don't want to, we can't because we don't have the info we need.

According to the logfile everything is fine. What exactly is the problem? I tried running your post at post number #2 through google translate but that didn't help much.
