AnyDVD 7610 Failing to install

After downloading AnyDVD 7610 it fails to install, I've tried with virus checker off and disconnected from the web ( see screenshot ).

Did you "Retry" ?

What operating system are you using ?

Do you have Administrator privileges ?

What happens if you uninstall and re-install ?

I wish my local politician could solve problems as quick as you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I uninstalled previous version and 7610 installed no problem. Any idea what would cause this??

Mine too !!! :agree:

Too many variables to guess...

Sometimes it is better not to know, as long as you are up and ready to go ..

Installation problems could be conflict with other software ... "bad" memory, bad sectors on a hard drive..or just Windows ...

As with all strange problems.

1. Reboot machine and try again.
2. Uninstall / reinstall the problematic software.
3. Do the Rubber Chicken Dance and hope the Cods above smile on you.
