Should anyone experience issues installing Anydvd (most people don't), do this:

1.
a) Keep your license key file backed up safely
b) Uninstall Anydvd (start-->all programs-->Slysoft--->Anydvd-->Uninstall)
c) Reboot
d) Try running a registry cleaner program at this point like CCleaner
e) Download Anydvd http://static.slysoft.com/SetupAnyDVD.exe
f) Exit all Slysoft programs (including Anydvd, Clonedvd2, Clonecd, Clonecdtray, Clonedvdmobile, etc.). Check Windows Task Manager if you have to.
g) At this point disable your antivirus and firewall programs
h) Reinstall
i) Reboot
j) Install your license key (if required) http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=732
k) At this point enable your antivirus and firewall programs

about the new anydvd 6.1.5.5

why is there only 1 time to read the movie? and here does it go it use to goto clone dvd but i get one line and it stops and i,m not sure where to burn it to on clone dvd anyone can help would be appreciate it i was always use to it doing 2 lines and going right to clone dvd but the new anydvd 6.1.5.5 seems alot different like it will read my movie now and tell me the name and what my burner is how do i get it to goto clone dvd which i have had and had no Problems at all ...please feel frre to email me @ pnkraff(at)zoominternet.net

I tried the beta version (6.1.5.8 ) with UFC 65 and to no avail. Somewhere down the line it will be sorted. Keep up the brilliant work guys.

Did you use Anydvd ripper ("rip video-dvd to harddisk")--and then try to import the rip into Shrink? What was the error message?

Yep, i used the ripper, and this is what i got at about 53%...
