I am using CloneDVD2 with AnyDVD running in the background . I have had no problems unti yesterday when I updated AnyDVD. Since that time I will put in a movie Aces or Lampoons Pucket and on the 2nd step of using Clone it will say "This Movie is Protected". Never had this problem until I installed the latest update of AnyDVD. I am not a computer wiz and not sure how to retreive my Lic. # for Clone and AnyDVD as they are in a folder in my documents and when I try to retreive them I get the Message;
C:\Documents and Settings\Key.AnyDVD ok! Please restart AnyDVD.
I was afraid to uninstall Anydvd and reinstall as I don't want to pay for it again.
