From time to time I've seen people on other forums having problems with new versions they have downloaded & installed. My question is there any value in saving the downloaded version (once installed) such that if after having downloaded one that was causing problems could you delete the currently installed exec. file by calling up a saved downloaded version and reinstalling it?
For example previously saved AnyDVD version 6.0.9.2 (dated 12/06) to replace current AnyDVD version 6.1.5.5 (dated 5/07)? Would just doing that work or would it confuse the setup with its deletion of existing files?
