I wish I had an answer. The problem is we cannot get any of these games to perform the type of reads that are causing this issue. We are now writing a test app to send the required calls down to the GJ driver.
 
So far our test app has confirmed the GJ driver is performing the reads as expected (still a few more tests to run).

In the meantime, I have sent you a PM with some instructions.

Sorry, I have been away. Yes I do have an update. We identified the issue are are working on a fix (it is proving to be difficult).
