Any update re CC payments?

Ok. Trying to renew my license, but it is telling me that the renewal will be valid until June 11, 2019. Any ideas why it's only renewing for 8 months?

Maybe this line from the "Renew" page?
Expired subscriptions can be renewed at any time. If you renew after the expiry date, your license extension time will start with the expiry date.
