ANY DVD says disc not in drive

We have had this problem since we first purchased Any DVD and I got tired of trying to get it to work so I gave up for a long time. Any DVD says "no disc in drive" no matter what kind I put in. I am hoping that someone out there can help me fix this problem, otherwise I have just waisted money! Please help!!

Can you please right-click on the fox in the taskbar and select "create logfile"?
Then please post that log file here - that will be a big help, thanks!
