Annoying Directors Comments-Clerks II

I am attempting to copy Clerks II and each time I copy it I get the annoying Directors comments playing in all modes. I have tried DVD shrink and DVD Clone on 2 different computers with no luck. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Any help? Thanks Laboratory_rat
