Hi, Can anyone help me. I am trying to create a profile for The Settlers Rise of an Empire. I am following the instructions but the window where it says "Analyzing media, please wait" doesn't ever progress. It just just cycles through a 5 digit number and the progress bar never progresses.

You may need to capture the profile in image mode.
