AMD hardware support with New Beta 1.2.8.3

It still doesn't work with my RX 5700 XT either.

It will probably be nothing with AMD.

For this reason I built a second system with a Geforce GTX 1060 GB.I don't think I'll keep the RX 5700 XT and am currently looking for a geforce RTX. Unfortunately, this problem made me stop using CloneBD. I only test with it when there is an update, and that is becoming increasingly rare. It's actually a shame, especially since I've been with the first version and of course bought the lifetime License.


Is there a recommendation which RTX is the best?

6900xt here. clonebd will not encode using my gpu with h265. uses my 5950x cpu solely, even though my settings are set to amd uvd for decode and amd vce for encode. latest amd driver installed - 21.4.1

clonebd version is 1.2.9.2
 
1. I am still using the RX 5700 XT 2. No CloneBD support for it. 3. When is the last time CloneBD was updated? 4. AnyStream development is now dominant vs CloneBD?
 
1. you have amd to blame for that, their h265 encoder is utter garbage (why i switched to a rtx3090). 3. 2020-12-14 CloneBD 1.2.9.2 64bit 32bit so dec 14 2020

i used a better trick, walked into bestbuy and bought a 3090 for msrp ($1,500) lol. and sold my 6900xt for more then what I paid for it. h265 works like a charm now. 400+ fps encoding H265
 
That'll do it, but for the record. Pete from Redfox (not slysoft) DOES contribute to CloneBD. At least he did when it was actively getting updates :)

Turn off hardware decoding and it will work.
