AMD GPU transcoding quick look

Not surprising you can’t unload entire encoding or transcoding process to GPU. As a matter of fact very basic calculation function can be loaded to GPU for process.
 
It was not so much the amount of reduction in time it takes to do the transcode as the quality of the transcode. I never expected to offload all the transcode operation to the GPU, that would not make sense. Use both the CPU and GPU to full potential to make it as fast as possible. The Nvidia transcode was over twice as fast, to me that is very good and something I hope CloneBD will take advantage of :)
