Resolved Amazon's "Upload" Season 1 Episode 5 not showing up as downloadable

On Amazon, downloading the Upload series, Episodes 1-4 and 6-10 of season 1 download just fine. However, Episode 5 is not available in the download list in the AS window, despite being in the episode list on the web page.

I've tried this a couple of times the past couple of weeks, and just updates to AS 1.5.2.3 but there's been no change. Any workaround suggestions on this?
