amazon primeで鎌倉殿の１３人がダウンロード出来ません

昨日までは960✕540ではダウンロードできました
今日になって、ダウンロードに1920✕1080が表示されたので
再ダウンロードしましたが、ダウンロードできず
確認したところ1280✕720でも960✕540でもダウンロード出来ません

対象作品：鎌倉殿の１３人(NHKオンデマンド)_S01E50_（４８）「報いの時」（最終回）
