What am I doing wrong on my desktop I can not download prime the box never pops up but on my laptop it works? So any idea what I need to do?

What Box do you mean? The box you can see the episodes amd movies to download or the box with the resolution and language available?
You have to click on the green downloadables button at the top.

The box at top to download green one. It never pops up to even start the resolution menu.but as I wrote it works on the laptop but not on my desk top

Can you go to your desktop and create a logfile from the title that does not work?
Also you might consider to post a screenshot, only blank your username if you don't want it to be public.

Yes that button never appears. A bar starts like it’s loading but then goes away but no download button. I am away from my desk top but as soon as I get home I will try deep’s questions.

You say it appears one computer but not another, you must have an A/V or another program blocking AS from accessing it.

Make sure you are logged in ...
Does it say "Hello, <your name>" right of the search bar?

Sounds like a Pi-Hole issue or something of that sort. A program is blocking Amazon access, if it works on one computer and not the other, the computer that it doesn't work on has an issue. I hope you are aware that you can use AnyStream on two computers but not at the same time. Even if you could it wouldn't give you any more tokens. Just a word of advice, I have no idea what you are doing.
