When I rip "Alles steht Kopf" into an ISO, the German audio track stutters, blanks out or is out of sync after about 77 min into the film. EAN is 8717418470067.

Not an AnyDVD problem. AnyDVD only rips m decrypts 1:1. It cannot cause sync problems. That requires recoding which is not something AnyDVD can do.
