Getting this message with Alien Covenant UHD. Have tried a few times over a period of 24 hours.
"Cannot process request at this moment, please try again later!"

Please do not hijack an unrelated topic for troubleshooting. Post split and moved. That said, that title s then currently not supported. Uhd support at this point is experimental. Logfiles are not yet required. Patience is.

Alien Covenant UHD issue resolved and this title is definitely supported.
There was a problem with having the Friendly LG drive in an external enclosure.

Connecting the Friendly LG drive to a SATA port solved the problem.
