DVR set top boxes are multiplying as HD content is becoming more and more widespread.
Most of those boxes have an external drive connector (SATA, Firewire...) in order to allow increased recording space.
Unfortunately, the recorded content is encrypted and generally inaccessible if you connect the external hard drive to a computer.
It is thus impossible to copy a recorded show/movie to a more accessible media or device (like a DVD, an iPod or whatever).
Is Slysoft planning to develop a software that would allow us to unlock that recorded content?
