After purchasing the license, if I change my computer, what should I do? Or if I have two computers, can I activate them on both computers at the same time
 
This is no different than any other redfox/elaborate bytes product. Licenses are user bound, not machine bound. And you can register on a second machine, on the condition that only one of them has AnyStream active and running at a time.
