Hi all

My "88 Minutes" German Edition by Kinowelt (http://www.kinowelt.de/detail.php?id=1847) is not handled correctly by AnyDVD and all the other programs I use. If I try to shrink the result of any Rip, the main movie is gone.

It's the same thing I had with "Das Parfum": VTS_04_1.VOB are on the disk three times... so they somehow messed with the file system on the DVD... very annoying...

Hi all

Unless there's a bug that's been introduced, Anydvd 6.1.7.4 handles Das Parfum perfectly fine (and has for quite sometime).

Answer questions 8 and 9 from this link please: http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=321

Also please post a list of all filenames and filesizes that are on disc you're having problems with. Thank you

"Das Parfum" just looked a lot like this DVD in terms of f*****-up file-system, that's why I mentionned it...

The Output generated by AnyDVD is:

Summary for drive E: (AnyDVD 6.1.7.4)
LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1H LL06 2006/11/23 17:30

I use the "Rip to Disk" function of AnyDVD and it all goes very fast. In the destination directory the main movie is missing. Also trying to get the main movie off the disk with DVD Decrypter does not work properly. There are massive errors when handling the main movies .BUP and the first .VOB.

Also please post a list of all filenames and filesizes that are on disc you're having problems with. Thank you

27.08.2007 17:18 1'073'616'896 VTS_04_1.VOB

and at the end it says "file not found"...

As you see, there's 2 dummy VTS_04_1.VOBs on it and a very big VTS_17_0.IFO.

VTS_04_*.* which appears to be the main movie can be copied but not viewed...

Yep, thank you for reporting this issue. Slysoft has been made aware of the situation. You will need to wait for an Anydvd update.
