6.4.3.2 - no DVD burner???

I installed v6.4.3.2 and rebooted, as per the instructions. I received an error message telling me that I had no DVD burner!

The burner was displayed (and checked) in the Drives/Selection menu.
The tooltip displayed: On: 0, Off:0, Empty: 0

I reinstalled v6.4.2.2 and got the same problem, until I again reinstalled, this time removing registry information and registering after install.

Any idea why v6.4.3.2 doesn't like my Lite-On LH-20A1S12C?

Last time I got an error message it stated merely that I had no optical drive and to "go buy one".
AnyDVD doesn't care if you have a burner or a read-only drive, so long as you have some kind of optical drive to read a DVD. AnyDVD doen't get involved in burning at all.

All that said.... just do what Mr. Slinger said to do and report back. 99.9% of all problems get solved here.
