6.1.3.2,possible reason 4 freezing computer?

I just recently downloaded the new update.After I restarted
my computer,everything freezes up on me.If I do the system
processes at the startup and quickly shut any dvd down ,it
runs fine.But as soon as I turn any dvd back on ,it
freezes.I tried to uninstall it and reinstall the previous
version,and it still freezes everything up when I run it
again.Any help????
