4K HDR Encrypted ISO Playback

I've backed up the Movie Creed 4K HDR using redfox to create iso image still encrypted, tried to play it on full working hdr pc using Power DVD 17 which does not work blank screen and no video ... Does anyone have a solution for playing encrypted 4k hdr iso ?
 
Not an AnyDVD issue. AnyDVD doesn't support uhd yet. Moved.
