I was using Evodemux and tsMuxerGUI to convert to BD and something was noncompliant. It turned out to be the MLP/TrueHD audio 24/48. I did it again and chose the 1st DD track and it worked. So far I have always chosen the best audio track and up till now never had a problem.

How can I remux and use MPL/TrueHD audio

In most cases the HD audio on HD DVD's is not compliant with Blu-ray so it either needs to be fixed first or you have to use standard DTS or AC3

tsMuxerGUI doesn't support TrueHD tracks without an ac3 core. :)

Supported audio codecs:
- AAC
- AC3 / E-AC3(DD+)
- Dolby True HD (for streams with AC3 core only)
- DTS/ DTS-HD
- LPCM
