1408 DVD Will Not Play in Old Machines

This was basically the reason I asked them to try to make a backup w/o using 1-Click. I suspected that was the problem but what I posted was essentially ignored.

Oh well. In the end the problem was resolved.

Yeah, that's partly my fault. I didn't read the OP's original post slowly and carefully; I skimmed right over it (and missed what he originally wrote about Nero). I thought he only used one burning application.
