[1060] - Aborting a download gets stuck

Trying to download SHADA from amazon US (made incorrect resolution selection). Aborted immediately. Progress bar stuck at 0%. Aborting download multiple times has zero effect. Bar stays at 0% and UI is "locked out". Only fix was to terminate via task manager.
