I have experienced two instances of this error message.

The first, was started as a 'Partial' copy from ISO (ripped to image with AnyDVDHD) with one English subtitle selected and 'Popup menu'. 2% into the transcoding (hardware acceleration) the error message was shown.

The second, when creating a 'Partial' copy from ISO (ripped to image with AnyDVDHD), no subtitles and only DTS_HD 5.1 audio selected, run directly at start. Processed through to 100% then 'Crash' message appeared.

Both are the first use with 1.2.4.9. Reverting back to 1.2.4.8 shows no issues.
