"Forced" only means that the language is forced at the provider, but AS does not label a specific file as forced, you still have to select the subtitle file in the player.

when tring to look for it in player i cant find it and is unselectable
 
Can you tell us the player you use?
Maybe the player does not support subtitle files/ this file extension.
But if you say the player usually support the files, than it is a bug and you have to wait till a dev takes a look into your log.
 
they use to work in a previous venison of anystream. just waiting to see what the log shows
