Hello, I am trying this program. Video downloads great, audio also, but subtitle file is empty. SRT, TTML, embedded all empty.

Program is Burn Notice season 1
 
We need a log file.
Try to download that again and then go to the upper left corner of the AnyStream window, click on "File" and then on "Create log file".
 
Here is log file. It was supposed to be SRT but file is empty.
