I have used Handbrake to copy episodes to .mp4 flawlessly for years now. Fringe season 1 started giving me problems when Handbrake would just stop reading the disc at just over 50%. The solution was to rip the disc to HD, and then let Handbrake rip the files. But season 2 discs 1 & 2 so far...
