    I asked about this during the AS+ development phase and was told wait and see. I have done both now so will re-ask. Given that there are now 5 providers, it seems as if it might be an acceptable idea to increase the DL quota. I don't know if it is possible or not but, having a separate DL...

    Download Limit by Time instead of Files?

    The download limit doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me. If I download a single 2 hour movie or if I download a 7 min cartoon they both count as a download.
