I have new burners 11/13/17 checked default. Put in Nut Job 2,Wind River, and Atomic blond. I get message unable to read video file from D:/VIDEO_TS/VIDEO_TS.IFO:UNABLE TO OPEN FILE. DEVICE IS NOT READY. Trying to burn to hard drive. able to burn Radius and Unlocked.

I got a different BFG movie and Anydvd read it just fine. First movie must have been defective.

Having trouble reading movie using anydvd. Says device cannot read from media. All other movies burn just fine. I have latest update and new burners.

Used 8.0.5.0 and was able to burn the disk!

Yes they were Verbatim for 21.88

I tried them and they burned but when I played them I kept getting disc is dirty. I just tossed them. Too expensive to send back. I just use Verbatim now and I found them on eBay 100 for 21.88 and free shipping.

I have been trying all day to purchase Any DVD HD with no success. Support said that the processor is in China. I went to my bank and got the ok to purchase said product. I tried again I got "payment PL3-3Q9 for order OH3-L66 over 53.26USD Reference # M104-PO-16222321has failed: 66: Failed"

I tried the new fix and play back didn't start over. Will have to watch whole movie to see if everything is ok. I used the lesser time. So I had a choice and last time I didn't.

What if you are not using a blue ray player? I have a up converter Sony. What is the problem with Dirty Grandpa and Gods of Egypt? Starting over again and blank area mid way through. Never had this issue with Sly Fox.

I got rid of my Blue ray player. Downgraded to Up converter Sony player. No more problem!! Cinavia been in players at least 2008 I was told.

I just loaded the 21 day free trial. I will purchase the product. I really can't complain as I have had the product at least 10 years. I can only hope the new people will provide the same good service.

I wrote a new copy from the original and worked fine but now with burying the ex and slow west same thing. Could my DVD burner be going out?

This only reads about 8% then window opens and says that it's unable to read from this device. Clean media and try again. This is the copy and not the original one.:bang::bang: I have never had a problem making copies before ( I have had bad media and it says bad media but this doesn't say...

When I try to copy a disk copy I get "can't read from this device clean media and try again". It acts like it's reading a protected copy and not a copied disk. I am using the latest Any DVD and Clone DVD. I had the same problem couple weeks ago with Child 44 but I was burning the longer version...

I unchecked the first 2 and it burned to hard drive. Thanks:clap::)

Has anyone had a problem with Any DVD burning the movie Child 44? Everything is fine until it starts to burn movie to my hard drive. A window open and reads that it can't get access to this device. All the other movies burned. I have latest version7.6.2.0.:bowdown:
