i experienced the same with a TV show from Amazon US. Left to do other tasks came back a few hours later, tried again and Anystream was able to successfully download the series.

For Myself i use mkvtoolnix and have anystream not embed the subtitles.

Even if you get HBO Max through Amazon add-on you can still download through the HBO Max site itself, they allow you to mark Amazon as the provider you subscribe to HBO Max the same as a cable company.

I had experienced this myself. What corrected it for me was logging out of amazon, and logging back in.

Today using 1.4.8.0 I was able to download The Christmas Story Christmas and the TV Show House of the Dragon full season in 4K. It is great to see this working.
