    The Dark Knight (2008) UHD

It depends what country your disc is from, the USA release is currently supported and most likely the UK one is too.

Region cannot be determined (Killing Gunther)

Alternatively to the registry you can also set AnyDVD region removal temporary to "Always Ask", insert the disc again and choose the correct region. You can then put the setting back to "Automatic" and AnyDVD will remember the new correct selection. As BrianG61UK said AnyDVD makes the disc...

DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0a Active Adapter 4K@60Hz

Yes, not many settings there. My guess is that the HDMI ports are v1.4. You might be best having a look through the HP support forum and see if you can find out as they don't list much in the specs about it.

DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0a Active Adapter 4K@60Hz

They would be on the PC. What graphics card/PC do you have? As you mentioned it may be that your PC hardware doesn't support it.

    AnyDVD UHD status

Maybe a separate topic should be started for users to discuss/comment on the RedFox response at myce? Might be better than have it keep popping up here. Either that or have a closed annoucement/sticky explaining that all discussion regarding that needs to be elsewhere and not on the RedFox forum?

Audio track issue when copying Fringe S1 D1

Ah I see. Looks like the 5.1 track is hidden in 15/16 and so CloneBD doesn't list it. You can try the trimmer, but that may not work either then. Did the 80 minute MKV output have the commentary or the correct audio?

Audio track issue when copying Fringe S1 D1

I don't know the cause of why CloneBD doesn't give you the full length MKV with all the episodes. However you could try manually splitting the episodes with CloneBD's built in cutting/trimming tool and set the starting trim point at the 80 minute mark and end trim point as the next timestamp you...

AnyDVD (HD) 8.2.2.2 beta - Dolby Vision question

If they are protected ISO's then they will be fine, you just need to make sure you have the latest AnyDVD beta to decrypt them.

DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0a Active Adapter 4K@60Hz

The cable can make a difference though "certified" doesn't really mean anything from my experience, especially on Amazon/Ebay etc. Main thing you need to look for is a 'High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet' if it's that then it should work fine at 4K 60hz. Make sure you have the right bit depth...

Perhaps I am missing something. UHD american made is

Do you get any errors when trying to rip? A good starting point would be to post an AnyDVD logfile so we can see if the disc was decrypted properly.

    AnyDVD UHD status

Honestly I have to say I've lost some respect for RedFox through this (if the myce article is correct), especially the nonchalant comments from developers here and the "spokesperson" Whether it's stealing or not doesn't matter to me, RedFox admittedly passed off MakeMKV public hashed keys as...

    AnyDVD UHD status

I wasn't aware there were any titles like that, you're right that does prove RedFox isn't reliant on MakeMKV hashed keys. I see your point but I think not responding actually looked worse IMO. Me too, shame on him. I won't be supporting MakeMKV in the future. Sorry mods - just wanted to...

    AnyDVD UHD status

I don't really know what to believe. Mike seems to be pretty adamant about it and unless I missed it no RedFox developers have come forward to dispute the claims. Usually RedFox are pretty quick to respond and protect their reputation, so the silence is unsettling :(

    AnyDVD UHD status

I hope that isn't true (I doubt it is) though Mike usually doesn't seem the type to start rumors like that - I've seen a couple of people say that their discs got supported by AnyDVD minutes after Mike releases the hashed keys list containing those discs, maybe thats what has fueled it. I'd...

    AnyDVD UHD status

I don't think tgp7777777 used MakeMKV keys with AnyDVD, he just used MakeMKV program to rip instead while waiting for AnyDVD to support the disc. keydb.cfg/keys.txt VUK keys are the same thing but are now obsolete for both programs. MakeMKV now uses "Hashed Keys" which can not be used with any...

    UHD 'Life' reports 'error processing'

Yes that's the easiest way :) Either that or gather the keys manually yourself from the Doom9 thread (the original source of the keys)

    UHD 'Life' reports 'error processing'

No. AnyDVD doesn't have any keys for 4K UHD BD's, you have to load the leaked keys externally inside a .txt file. Download "UHDKeys.zip" from this thread extract it and then copy the .txt file to the folder location set in AnyDVD. Unfortunately however there is no leaked key for your disc, so...

UHD-BD : AnyDVD HD vs DeUHD vs MakeMKV Quality

I get a very slight drop at 33 seconds with MPC-HC/LAV and also Kodi on both PC and a Nvidia Shield (so all FFmpeg based players I believe) - my receiver still displays Atmos during it and I probably wouldn't have noticed it unless I was listening for it, however PowerDVD on the same PC does not...

Long time Anydvd HD user that is let down

Just to clear it up, the full Slysoft AnyDVD HD lifetime for new users was never $30.00 - The $30.00 price was when it was an "add on" where you had to buy the $50 standard version first (if you didn't already have it) - so really the HD was $80.00 if you were a new user, then 80 Euro when they...
