I am noticing that Paramount+ is not display movie description when you select 1. Just a partial image of the movie poster. Is this new? Hard to be sure it IS the movie you are looking for DSIg

Just wanted to again say thanks for all the hard work that everyone at Redgox does. This is the best supported program of any I use. Although there are some hicups .. it is the nature of the SW to have these and it is great the response we get. Thank you again

I need to change the login information for my disney provider. I thought that if i deleted the provider then added it again it would require the credentials .... but no :( SO where is the login information stored so I can change it?

I had thought that this provider was working before but i brought it up and all that happens is that ALL the films/series images are in black and white ... none are clickable.

I am only seeing this in HBOMax ... not to say it doesn't happen with other providers but haven't experienced it. I have 17 movies I am trying to down load. It finds them ... puts them in the queue and starts downloading ... I go to bed. in the morning I see that 13 of the 17 fail with "Failed...

This is new for me ... 1.3.9.0 .. I set a series to download. It downloaded the first one then shut down AS. I did it again starting with EP2 and it did the same thing. Downloaded ep2 then AS Shut down. Never seen this before.

So I am watching a film on AP called Night Sky. Most of it is in english but there are bits, becoming more important, that are in spanish. When watching in my browser it has subtitles during the spanish portion. But not when I download the movie. If i down load with subtitles will that do it...

From netflix i downloaded 10 files(Locke&Key) . then I changed to season 2. Went back to season 1 and Netflix locked up. Screen shows Netflix tab selected but rest of the screen (below tabs) is blank. I have shut down AS and restarted and it does the same thing. AP comes up and Disney comes...
