    Perhaps the original disc used was bad or the back up was bad media. Burn again. If that's not the answer, check the player with a different disc.

    I've been a subscriber for 10 years. I have downloaded all BETA versions for AnyDVD to 8.1.5.0 for John Wick Chapter 2 and still nothing. What's up? I've had delays but not more than four downloads. Please make this easy & post the correct BETA fix. Thanks.

    If the second file (49) is un-checked (In Clone DVD-2) the movie will back up under 4.7gigs. It is a redundant file. File (43) is the same file with more trailers. I would imagine those could be eliminated as well, later. I used the new BETA version 7.3.7.2 Cheers! Pocketlips

    Jack Reacher I have the new 7.1.8.2 Beta Version and can't back up Jack Reacher. I was almost able to start with the default set up, but it stalls out after a few seconds.
