Today I got the following error. It appeared when I tried to watch the video (not download it) inside of AnyStream. I'm not sure if this is important. I'm just trying everything I can think of as I try to figure out what is going on.

I'd be happy to do so. How is that done? I know there is a log created once a download starts. I am not even getting that far. Is there a log created before a video even starts to download?

I am using 1.2.4.3 I logged out of Amazon and then back in. I restarted my computer.

I changed my DNS to the Google and then to OpenDNS. I can now ping it from the command prompt (both with Google and Open DNS) but I still get the same error in AnyStream (with both). Any ideas on what I should try next? Note: I don't know if this is important but I got a different resolved name...
