Will anydvd still function through the new Windows 8 'Secure Boot' feature?

I am wondering the same thing! Downloading slow as molassases rolling uphill against the wind. I am getting somethinkg like 600 bytes/second. WTF?

:bang: Seems that I too am having the same sync issues. I am putting the resulting videos on my Windows Home Server to view on my Xbox 360. I also have to rename the files from --movie--.mp4 to --movie--.avi for the xbox to play it. -Jim

Faulting application anydvdtray.exe, version 6.4.5.9, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.2825, fault address 0x0004d233. XP64. What do I do to fix this? The fault happens on boot. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No joy. ANyone else see something like this?

I had to use the 6.4.3.9 beta of AnyDVD and the 2918 beta of CloneDVD to make a watchable dvd. What a screwed up disc! Makes me mad as hell to pay the $25 for the collector's 2 disc set and not be able to watch the movie without using backup tools! At the same time I am some glad those tools...

Trouble playing the disc on stand alone players. I havent tried on the computer again yet. Not just one stand alone player, but several that I own. -Jim

Does anyone else have this problem? Playing Rambo (R1) Original Disc!!! From main menu, select play movie, the menu scene changes, then goes to black, my dvd timer counts to 5 with the back screen then freezes. :bang: Can't seem to get by this. -Jim

Does anyone know what setting to plug into mobile so that the video files will play on a Dlink DSM-320 and 320rd media lounge media servers? I would have thought generic divx would work, but NOOOOO. Dlink plugged in XVID, but not Divx. Any chance Mobile can make xvids? Thanks!

I have a Dlink DSM-320. I can't get it to play the 'generic divx'. It says it will play Xvid. Any chance CDVDMobil will convert DVD to Xvids? Or what setting should I use to make playable videos on the DSM-320? Anyone know?
