1. Is it a known thing that ITVX can only be downloaded in 1280x720, though all the material plays in full HD? 2. There is definitely a bug in subtitle downloading, that if a subtitle is over two lines, only the first appears in the srt file

I see this is marked as resolved, but I have still no download button for my latest purchases on Amazon DE using 1.8.0.4. (Some other things work and Amazon UK works fine). Log plus screenprint was sent to Redfox1.

In my case it was only on a couple of particular items however, in general AS is working fine

Using 1.8.0.2 on Amazon, there are at least two titles which I have purchased, which I can watch in my browser, and which I can download using a competitor product, for which still no green download button appears in Anystream. If Redfox support wants more details, I can pm it.

Using 1.8.1, 2 videos I bought from Amazon are not downloadable, the Download button simply doesn't appear. (The videos are downloadable using a competitor product however)

For those people experimenting with this, what effect does it have on the audio to remove the duplicated frames?

Just for the record, I had tried AVC as well after I got that message with HEVC, same result. With "the other" product (which I avoid using if possible), it works just fine.

A bit late here, but just wondering, has anyone tried using the VMAF score? How have you found it? It seems by far the easiest option.

With forced subs on AP, they will often be there as closed captions, it's worth opening the video stream with CCExtractor and see if it finds anything (I think CCExtractor is the only game in town for these)

Thanks that‘s very useful indeed to know. For most things crf 20 works fine and I use crf23 for talking heads bluray extras. Regarding HEVC on AP, in principle it should have been encoded from the original master and therefore normally better than an AVC encode from the same master, but...

99% of the time on the streamers the E-AC3 is really just AC3 anyway as far as I could tell.
