    Question ITV X Questions

    1. Is it a known thing that ITVX can only be downloaded in 1280x720, though all the material plays in full HD? 2. There is definitely a bug in subtitle downloading, that if a subtitle is over two lines, only the first appears in the srt file

    Resolved amazon no download button

Using 1.8.0.2 on Amazon, there are at least two titles which I have purchased, which I can watch in my browser, and which I can download using a competitor product, for which still no green download button appears in Anystream. If Redfox support wants more details, I can pm it.

Question Amazon - Sorry but we are unable to decrypt this stream

Sure but it proves that whatever happened is solvable And for what it's worth I am only too happy for people to post log files, it's just not something I feel comfortable with myself Thanks

Question Amazon - Sorry but we are unable to decrypt this stream

    1. First thing I did 2. Before posting here, I tried several episodes, as well as going back to AVC. It's not just a one-off

Question Amazon - Sorry but we are unable to decrypt this stream

Just for the record, I had tried AVC as well after I got that message with HEVC, same result. With "the other" product (which I avoid using if possible), it works just fine.

Question Amazon - Sorry but we are unable to decrypt this stream

Just started appearing this morning. Am I alone there? I don't think I'll upload the logs as they identify what and when I was trying to download.

Discussion Quality differences AVC CBR, AVC CVBR and HEVC?

A bit late here, but just wondering, has anyone tried using the VMAF score? How have you found it? It seems by far the easiest option.

Request Request: Requesting an Option to Handle Forced Subtitles When Multiple Episodes are Selected

With forced subs on AP, they will often be there as closed captions, it's worth opening the video stream with CCExtractor and see if it finds anything (I think CCExtractor is the only game in town for these)

Discussion Quality differences AVC CBR, AVC CVBR and HEVC?

Thanks that‘s very useful indeed to know. For most things crf 20 works fine and I use crf23 for talking heads bluray extras. Regarding HEVC on AP, in principle it should have been encoded from the original master and therefore normally better than an AVC encode from the same master, but...

Question How compatible is E-AC3 audio?

99% of the time on the streamers the E-AC3 is really just AC3 anyway as far as I could tell.
