I have one suggestion. If you don't need to listen to the content in another language just deselect those languages before downloading so you only have the ONE language you care to listen to your content in. That would solve the problem as well.

Hulu, which is what @RedFox 1 is using, doesn't have the issue that AP has for this content. I think this is an "apple" (Hulu) versus an "orange" (AP) situation. I also have found that some providers digress from the original episode sequencing in the original series' noted broadcast order...

That seems to match the behavior I experienced. AP must have miscategorized this one episode as a "movie" instead of a TV episode. Is that what you're indicating threw AS off? If so, this would explain this anomaly.

Yes I do have Max and agreed that it is my workaround for this issue. However, the audio is inferior to AP, which is why I've opted and prefer to pull them down there.

I am still on 1.7.2.0 and get the same results. No title will work. It worked one time only since the problem started today. Tried selecting another after that "one time" success and the problem persists as before. Still haven't installed 1.8.0.0. Sounds like that version of AS won't do me...

Started AS+ up after closing it (more than once). This time like magic it just started working again (w/o hitting F5 btw). Go figure! :dance:

Thanks! Found it but changing to any of the available three choices yields the same results :banghead:.... No download menu. Was working a couple of hours ago. Stopped working an hour or so ago.

Found the codec selection menu in list of providers. Three total choices for AP. Tried all three to no avail.

I'm having this issue today where I'm not getting the download menu to appear in AP for content I am allowed to view. Tried logging out and in again (and again) to no avail. Please advise.

Just a question... Is MAX now limited to 720p maximum resolution with AS+? I used to get 1080p with HBOMax. Just wondering if that is now gone with MAX in AS+. BTW... audio streams are also below what used to be (128kbps+). Thanks!
